Refund and Return Policy for Hopptopin

At Hopptopin, we take great pride in offering exceptional artwork to enhance your space. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things may not work out, and we have created this Refund and Return Policy to make the process as easy as possible for you.

1. Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the artwork must meet the following conditions:

  • The artwork must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • The artwork must not have been damaged, altered, or modified in any way.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.

2. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned artwork, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note the following:

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned artwork.
  • Refunds will only be issued for the cost of the artwork itself. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item). In this case, Hopptopin will cover the return shipping fees.

3. Exchanges

We understand that sometimes you may want to exchange your artwork for a different piece. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and select a new piece from our collection. If there is a price difference between your original purchase and the new item, we will either refund or charge the difference accordingly.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping your artwork, but in the event that your artwork arrives damaged or defective, we will work with you to resolve the issue. If your item is damaged during transit, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving the damaged artwork. Provide your order number and a brief description of the damage.
  2. Photographic evidence: Please send us clear photographs of the damaged artwork and packaging.
  3. Once the damage is verified, we will either send you a replacement artwork or issue a refund based on your preference.

Note: In cases of damage, Hopptopin will cover the cost of return shipping.

5. Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or commissioned artwork.
  • Art that has been altered or damaged by the customer.
  • Any items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.

6. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@hopptopin.com or call (918) 786-2029 within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if applicable.
  3. Once we approve the return, we will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and further instructions.

7. Shipping for Returns and Exchanges

  • Return Shipping Costs: If you are returning artwork due to a change of mind or an incorrect order, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Free Return Shipping: If the return is due to a defect or error on our part (such as a damaged or incorrect item), Hopptopin will cover return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item. Hopptopin is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

8. International Returns

If you are returning artwork from outside the United States, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend checking with your local postal service for the best method to return the artwork safely. If there are customs fees, they will be at your expense.
